At Cerique Jewelry, we hope you love your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unused and unworn;
  • be in their original condition;
  • be returned in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or use.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at cerique.jewelry@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photos of the item.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
